Adds lots of cool features to your eggdrop.
Channel commands, owner commands, shitlist & a little fun.
All of the commands are protecting the owner from bad things.

I added a new channel flag "voiceall", if it's 1, the bot will voice every
people, who join the channel. If it's 0 the bot don't make this. you can
change this flag, as the others. (via DCC CHAT: .chanset #chan +/-voiceall)

If your bot is on QuakeNet network, you can invite fishbot (a fun bot) to
your channel with one command.
If you want to use this command, set "fishbot" to 1.
If you don't want it, set to 0.

If your IRC server uses halfop (chanmode +h), set "usehalfop" to 1.
If it doesn't, set to 0.

"Fuck" is a bad word i think. I added a command to this tcl,
it's just for fun.
If you want to enable !fuck, set "dofuck" to 1.
If you don't like bad words, set it to 0.

Set "hopondeop" to 1 if the bot should hop upon getting deopped,
0 if it should ignore it.

Set "kickondeop" to 1 if the bot should kick those who deop it upon
returning, 0 if not.
NOTE: The bot owner will be immune to this kick even if it is enabled.

!date :Shows the date on the channel.

!version :Shows the version of the bot on the channel.

!time :Shows the time on the channel.

!server :Shows the bot's server on the channel.

!status :Shows some information about the bot in notices.

!ping :Fun. :)

!hop :Rejoins the channel.

!mode <+/-chanmode> :Sets the mode of the channel.

!addm <nick> :Adds a master to the channel.

!addop <nick> :Adds an op to the channel

!adduser <nick> <flags> :Adds a user to the bot with the specified flags.

!msg <nick> <message> :Msg's nick.

!say <message> :Say message on channel.

!topic <topic> :Sets the topic on the channel.

!kick <nick> <reason> :Kicks nick from the channel with reason.

!del <handle> :Deletes handle from userlist.

!away <message> :Set away with message.

!fuck <nick> :Fun. (optional, only if $dofuck set to 1.)

!kb <nick> <reason> :Kickbans nick from channel with reason.

!unban <host> :Unbans host from channel.

!shit <nick> :Puts nick into the channel's shitlist.
     (if sbody removes the ban, the bot will reset it)

!deshit <host> :Removes host from shitlist.

!fishbot :Invites fishbot to channel.
     (optional, only if fishbot set to 1.)

!back :Set the bot back from away.

!ccs <+/-settings> :Changes channel settings.

!join <channel> :Adds a new channel to the bot.

!part :Removes the channel from the bot.

!op <nick> :Adds op to nick.

!deop <nick> :Takes op from nick.

!fop <nick> :Fake op nick. (give op, then take it immediately.)

!voice <nick> :Adds voice to nick.

!devoice <nick> :Takes voice from nick.

!halfop <nick> :Adds halfop to nick.
     (optional, only if enablehalfop set to 1.)

!dehalfop <nick> :Takes halfop from nick.
     (optional, only if enablehalfop set to 1.)

!reload :Reloads the userfile.

!rehash :Rehashes the bot.

!restart :Restarts the bot.

!die <reason> :Kills the bot with reason.

!users :Shows the bot's userlist.

!bans :Shows the bot's banlist.

!slap <nick> :Slaps nick.

!mop :Mass-op on channel.

!mvoice :Mass-voice on channel.
