You can request the vhost in webinterface.

Request G:                  /msg R requestG <[#]channel>
Show you Vhosts:            /cservice vhost list
Set your Vhost:             /cservice vhost apply <vhost>
Set auto vhost (on auth):   /cservice vhost default <vhost>,
                            /cservice userflags +a
