nocolors.tcl Beta Version Description

This script kicks and bans users who using colors in messages,
actions and topic.

Registered users: bot kicks them twice, and then sets ban on ban-time.
Unregistered users: bot will kick if you use color first time, next time
you will be banned (on bantime).

If user sets colored topic, bot will change it to some default phrase,
and then kicks user from the channel.

All users who used colors are written to files in
 <botdir>/nocolor/#channelname.data 
for each channel. If you want to disable script in some channels,
add channelname to "disablechannels" list.
When user is banned, amount will set to 0.

In database bot uses nicks for unregistered users & handles for registered.
<botdir>/nocolors directory must be exist.

Global ops and bots will not be kicked/banned and written to database.
They'll only warned by notice.
