A REAL fully featured voting script.
Supports separate channel voting, op/voice/senior only voting,
onjoin vote reminders (for those who haven't voted yet & CAN vote), 
periodic channel vote updates, doesn't reset on rehash,
MANY more benefits over other voting scripts out there.
